After 10+ years on the agency side, across Dubai, the UK, and the USA, in Tech, AI, and HR recruitment, Louise founded LK Talent Collective to challenge the transactional recruitment model.
The problem: recruitment had collapsed into a CV exchange. Companies would send a job description, receive a stack of CVs filtered by keyword, and make a hire, with little discussion about actual fit, culture, or long-term success. Candidates faced 1-click apply, with roles flooded with applicants, companies unable to process the volume, and great candidates getting lost.
LK Talent Collective was built on a different principle: understand people, not just profiles. Every placement is intentional, with long-term impact in mind.
